Things I Bought In September
Things I Bought In September
September is my favorite month - we are still hanging onto those last little bits of summer, the sun is still shining bright, but the air is crispy. Fall decorations are up, but we are still picking tomatoes and peppers from the garden. Football season is in full swing and more importantly, soup season in also in full swing. This month, we spent a lot of time outside and I got to visit my close friend, Katherine, and her family in Traverse City. Marley got ear tubes after approximately one million ear infections - praise. And we fit in our annual tradition of going to the apple orchard where we got married six years ago. This month was a good one!
This is the coziest. I have worn it almost every day since I bought it and it looks great with jeans or leggings.
The color of these leggings is perfect. AND they have pockets.
The waistband on these is thick in the best way. I sized up one size in both pairs of leggings.
I put this on every single night after I wash my face and I even pack it to bring wherever I am going. It has lasted me over a year and it was time for a restock.
First of all, I want these in my size. These go with pretty much every dress and outfit Maeve owns.
Because even one and three year olds need chunky fall sweaters. If I get gutsy, I am going to try to embroider their names on these.
Old navy makes the best, affordable dresses for toddlers. Which is exactly what I need, since Maeve refuses to wear anything but dresses.
I started a little bit of christmas shopping for the girls (I know, it is very early) and got this as one of their gifts.
For when we are stuck inside in the winter - it is made out of really strong cardboard, so it folds up and fits under the couch.
Wow. I thought this was just going to be a decoration, but it actually doubles as a doll and the girls play with it every single day. Creepy, I know.
Louie and Lamb were due for some new pillows on the couch.
Olive oil dispenser and sprayer
We buy olive oil at Costco and I am always trying to drizzle oil on recipes from the giant bottle, so I finally got these.
It was about time that I figured out how to organize our spices better. This gave me a lot of joy, as much as I hate to admit that.
Have a great rest of September!
